Quantity Surveyor Senior Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
* undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
* performing risk and value management and cost control;
* preparing and analysing costings for tenders;
* allocating work to subcontractors;
* analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
* valuing completed work and arranging payments;
* understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Architecture or equivalent.
* Detail Oriented
* Required language(s): English
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
