Marketing Executive (Jakarta Area)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Recruit, train and develop new agents
Manage and motivate agency under his/her team to achieve target
Coordinate the agency and Head Office through Marketing Support
Responsible for explaining Company’s Regulations to agency
Follow all Branch Manager’s instruction amd subject to Branch Manager’s control
Prepare marketing plan and activity for his/her team subject to Branch Manager’s approval
Analyze problem in his or her team including market or competitor analysis
Requirements:
Male or Female
Age max 35 years old
University or Academiy degree from any discipline
Target and sales oriented
Strong leaderships to manage a team, dynamic and energy
Good personality and able to work independently a team
Experience from automobile, life insurance or financial insurance
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
